How does the free trial work?
Pick a paid plan and you get 14 days free. We collect a card up front so service continues seamlessly when the trial ends — but you're not charged a cent until then, and you can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
What counts as a screening?
Each entity you screen against the watchlists — whether real-time, ad-hoc, or as part of a batch rescreen — counts once. Your monthly quota resets each billing period.
What happens if I go over my plan's quota?
Starter and Professional keep working past the included quota — additional screenings are metered at $0.05 each and added to your monthly invoice. Enterprise is unlimited. The Free Trial is capped.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the in-app Billing page. Changes take effect on your next billing period.
